If what you want is to know what a "loader" is its basically means that the game has multiply files
and the SWF file need to load those other files to actually work making is this SWF a "loader".

It's a swf with the sole purpose of loading other swf files which are the actual content of the
game. All of those need to share the same directory for it to work.
If a game swf is 500kb you can bet your ass it's just a loader.
