It is unknown what is making her blush. The sound effect is of the blushing itself. The blood is
rushing in her face, i.e. head, and if you've ever blushed, you'll know the feeling is kinda like
these little bubbles of joy springing from inside. This quick rush of popping bubbles is similar
to the effect we see when opening a bottle of sparkling wine. Lot of pressure releases quickly,
uncontrollably. Bubbles (of joy) are overflowing. The foam of happiness remains, making quiet,
soothing a sound as it slowly fades away.
In essence, she is the bottle. She is filled with emotions that she's trying to hide, but for a
moment the feelings overflow her making her reveal them. When she regains the control, she's
feeling a bit ashamed and hides her face. Or maybe she doesn't regain the control and just slumps
down in the ecstasy.
This could be better conveyed if the animation was delayed 0.5 seconds such that her head
reaching to the highest position occurred during the highest moment of the "Pop" sound.
