And while yes, the standalone player will always exist along with third party players (swfplayer for example), the point here is that Flash's time is officially over. A new generation of kids will grow up without ever knowing what flash ever was, I don't doubt there will still be indie devs making and releasing games (mostly porn) in flash, but new content will slowly dwindle down until it's a mostly dead format. And with that, this board might get shut down, because you wouldn't even be able to play them in browsers anymore
