I've been somewhat in that same position before; I dropped out after a pretty rough burnout.
Wageslaved for a long while until I lost all motivation and was a NEET for about a year. I've
somewhat made a decent recovery and have returned to school. I believe in you, anon. Don't be too
hard on yourself

Good luck on your final exams. I finished college and got into a company with a shitty boss.
Many, many burnouts, huge turnover. Eventually the company sank and I'm jobless now. I should get
a new job but I don't want to get back into it. Kinda shit.

I did almost this exact same thing, sometimes you need to step away from all of that shit just
for a simple change in perspective. Now that I'm a lot older I see I should've dropped out even
sooner, I had no idea what I wanted out of school and was just going because I was expected to.

Best of luck OP, I hope you make it through but it's important to remember that if you gotta step
away for a bit that's an option you have. I don't remember seeing it that way when I was younger

I'm OP; both of those posts were from me, funnily enough. My interest in my field (Geology) is
what brought me back to school, but at the end of a school year, I don't really have much gas
left in the tank. I just find comfort in knowing it will pass. Summers are when I get that nice
change in pace, so I just have to hold out until then. Trying to find creative outlets instead of
scrolling youtube and gaming has helped a little as well. I appreciate the encouragement, so
