I can't say for sure, but his voice sounds similar to "let the dogs run free."
There were some other flashes voiced by Brits or Aussies, some of them I thought sounded very
similar to this quy, so I assumed they were made by him.
There's also girl_farm.swf, which isn't voiced by him (I thought it was initially) that is a very
pleasant watch.
