>> Anon 82240 It's not vectors, the flash would be like 300 kb if it was vectors. "Natively a flash" = "Image zooming is done with tweens"? It doesn't look like this has that many unique frames, should be below 10 mb. Are you using uncompressed images? Not intending to sound mean. Happy new year!

This is not an flv. I treated flash like a filming station to my cels. I assembled each cut it is own symbol, this allowed me to extend or shorten it like video clips on the tineline, and move it around eithout the need of a Vcam (this is flash cs3), meaning, this has no actionscript in it. Flash being an uncompressed format means this is the highest quality out there for this clip. My pc is currently busted, so I can't check, but if you were to drop this swf into your flash it should bring up some of the library with the cels themselves. Bonus: this does have vector, there is a vector tweak on a certain cel, it has blur, so you may be able to find it by zooming in too much. If you find it I will draw you a catgirl or a pino.
