>> [_] Anon 1570312 Okay, most of the extras are pretty easy. Just use tab to look around for them. Two of the ones on the menu unlock the locked sets, then one unlocks the "nude" option. Each scene background has a secret spot to click to unlock the ? extras, and unlock all except one. The last ? extra, I forget..I think it's in one of her preset outfits. Going to mess around and see if I can remember.
