I'm trying to save this .swf i made using a web app, so I don't have to keep paying them for
hosting it. I know all the usual methods (View Page Info, View source) but for some reason the
flash page i designed is embedded in the player.swf they use.

meaning my file is embedded inside player.swf.
Anyone know how to get this out?

I don't see a player.swf. Perhaps you meant app.swf?
If I had to guess, I'd say your data isn't inside the .swf file, but rather downloaded by the
.swf when it's loaded (Note how in the domain is static.wix.com).
You may be able to get the data and replicate it on another host, but this is way beyond what any
flash downloader will do. If you don't know how to use a packet sniffer to determine where the
data is coming from, I'd say you're screwed. Heck, even then you may still be screwed.
