IF this is legit in any way, I'd assume it's a complete concept piece for the commercial.
I'd say, more likely, it's actually along the lines of the Rejected Cartoons from Don Hertzfeldt,
except made by some random internet person. In other words, intended to be watched with the
suspension of disbelief.
