dont you have to concoct some elaborate death scene for it to work?
>> [_] Anonymous 05/05/10(Wed)12:24 No.1254276
If you have the name and face of the person you write down in the Death Note, and you specify
nothing, 40 seconds later they will die from a heart attack.
After writing a person's name you have 6 minutes and 40 seconds to elaborate on the details of
their death if you so choose.
If you write something that is physically impossible for a human to do, they will simply die of a
heart attack.
You can control the actions of the person to a certain extent when you elaborate on the details
of their death.
The longest time period you can hold off someone's death with the Note is 23 days.

No.
"If the cause of death is not specified, the person will simply die of a heart attack."

Doesn't work that way.
"This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person's face in their mind when
writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected."
Ergo, you can't write "everyone."
