Given the Font layout during the Credit Roll I'd have thought GITS:SAC2, but I'm unsure if that's
wholly correct.

Miku is a character created to uh... represent the singer heard. She is actually just a computer.

I was referring to the Video, I know enough about the inner circle of the better (and some
lesser), known Vocaloids/Utauloids.
I can identify most if not all the Vocaloids in this Video
Rin, Miku, Kaito, Gakupo, Lin, and Meiko (Anti Masked Number Agents), Luka is portrayed as a News
Reader.
Hell even Teto (a Utauloid no less!), makes an appearance here.
Shame though that, this is not based on some other work. 'Cause that would have been some MAJOR
