I don't know if /ic/ can teach you to draw, this is 4chan anyways, but the resources are there. There are good artists doing redraws and redlines, and a community of beginners and intermediate artists grinding giving feedback and helping. Of course you have the same amount of shitposters throwing shit for fun, but if you can past that, then you have a place to post stuff and grow little by little with other anons.

It forces you to be very straight forward, clear and minimalist with your designs. It is good to learn and progress. I don't think there is a tool yet to do that, I searched for AI pixelation tools, but it is not there yet. AI does its own thing you don't get exactly what you want.
