You can verify this by rewinding to get the audio to overlap or by pausing to stop it. The better(?) way to get perfectly looping audio is to convert to .wav and to let Flash convert it back to (mysteriously gapless) mp3. Importing mp3 directly or even replacing audio with your own properly-compressed mp3 leaves a gap.
