After 9 pointing a group no one gave us a chance of surviving we're locked in for a winter appearance and today's Round of 16 match up. We've got the duty of stopping a resurging /mlp/ team from making yet another final day appearance, the matches kick off here in the next few minutes, our match time is at 19:40 UTC (about 2 and a half hours from this post). I've been crunched as hell for time this week so my appologies for this extremely lazy swf but this joke was begging to be made (and it was a hell of a goal to boot). Those arrows next to the portraits are randomized and the more upward facing the arrow the better, they get bonuses/penalties to stamina and all their other stats based on what that roll is. Who starts a match is mostly up to random chance as I prefer to start better conditioned players to give us a better chance at scoring. Since we only get 3 subs (and 1 in extra time) per game we were trying to go around party hard by the end of the game, since he is a Silver medal (has better stats than most of the other players) I was reluctant to sub him out, subbing him out for a position who doesn't play that position (miyuka and dice are CBs and Party Hard is a CMF) would also have suffered a stat penalty. As for the player suggestions I like some of what you have but keep in mind if we add someone another player has to go. I'm not opposed to doing Meet n Fuck for the keeper if people are pissed enough to get rid of Resize The Flash, that's pretty clever. Like you said the stickman is pretty well represented by WRRRRRRY although the changing models isn't a bad idea either, it'd just require a bit of work. Eurobeat is all over the cup, streets of fire might fit better in another way, I don't think it's a staple of /f/ to deserve a roster spot. Speaking of stadium graphics, is it anything goes with static elements but moving models are more constricted in both where and what can be substituted? Regarding roster changes as a whole, I like /f/'s roster as it is so I'm pleased with minimal changes in any case. If changes were desired, I think that the way to do it, since /f/ has so many things that could possibly fill a slot to determine 2-4 slots or so deemed as "wild card" slots that were shuffled around from a pool of such every season. That said I'd also like to motion Manticore from which.swf (maybe formatted as "THE MANTICORE") as centreback in case of pre-alluded keeper congestion over pepsiman. Also I thought it was interesting that mlp scored a goal immediately at the start and we scored a goal at the very end. Lastly, would you be willing to upload the halftime show vs /v/ to catbox? As before the only real requirements are they be /f/ related and the image needs to be 512x64 while also being readable from far off. These don't really require anything to make except MS Paint so if anyone's got ideas for them feel free to drop me a link. The referees/linesmen are made by the current cup holder so I don't have any sway there (unless we win). Anything goes in the stadium but making things 'move' like you see in the /vt/ stadium is fairly difficult and my take on it is it needs to be done carefully because it can very easily become a huge pain to look at. I agree on the roster, I love the core of the team but I also like rotating a few spots around to give new players/swfs a chance. We normally like to stick to swfs for the half time show, it's kind of a committee decision with the old managers and myself but this one was too good to pass up.
