Flash is known to require small files to be downloaded for a game to work. So saving the swf isn't enough, more so when there are entire swfs outsourced and the game requires multiple folders to run, though 1.13mb doesn't seem like a loader swf in this case, so it might be possible to just edit the swf to always return the filecheck as positive.
