It's supposed to be extremely vulgar for shock value. The more shock value, the better the joke
is. It almost always end with "wow, what an act. What do you call it?" and "The aristocrats"
though. Hence why it's called the aristocrats.
His take on it was no shock value in the joke itself and using "nigger" for non-sequitur shock
value at the punchline.
