as for audio you can grab music loops from anonpartyhard.com if you dont have any good ones
yourself
just drag the mp3 file into the project, click on a frame and then make a sound on that frame in
the properties (look down). make sure that the audio "start" (DONT HAVE IT ON "EVENT") and that
it has infinite repeats (loops).
