You realize the flash is about Radical Dreamers, right?
Radical Dreamers was a visual novel that was released between CT and CC, notable pieces of CC's
plot were adapted from it. It gave Serge and Kid much more characterization, and had a much
stronger romantic tone to it (depending on how you played).
A very, very good story.
(With the most HILARIOUS New Game Plus end in any game ever.)
The terminal in Chronopolis which relates this text was monitoring a parallel world, in regards
to Chrono Cross.
