  Also check out www.instantrimshot.com . They have the sad trombone, rimshot, crickets, bullshit
  cough, and a fair few more. And you can always (in firefox) right-click, click view page info,
  then go to the media tab. It should be listed as type "embed". Save as, and there you go!
