Natsume 2 had toggleable boots, two types of glasses (or none), and two types of nipple piercings
(or none), as well as optional body distortion. HKG5 has just the boots and toggleable likes
it/hates it expressions.
Natsume 2 had four pre-penetration options and eleven post, and mixed pulling-out-halfway
cumshot. HKG5 has seven pre and ten post, and options for internal and external cumshots.
All in all, it just feels like a slightly better animated Natsume 2 with less options.
