Needs less antialiasing, or whatever it's called on a 2d plane.

game boy had four colors, not sure if the animation in the flash has more or the right shades of
dark.
assuming that the video has the correct resolution. maker failed a bit with the frame rate, it's
too high in the original but looks ok in this flash (some frames are skipped to make decent
compression)
though the visuals could have been improved a bit to be more like the original game boy, have to
say that all in all it's a good flash. the audio is the main thing anyway and i think it's true
to the console.

...no, not even a little bit. This is far, far, far beyond the capabilities of the gameboy's
sound system,

Audio is not true, the Gameboy (or any 8-bit console for that matter) could not alter pitch.
Also, there where fewer tracks. in the audio.
In the visual department, I can see more shades of gray than 4. Eh, not to mention it's a
video. You couldn't recreate it on the Gameboy by using sprites, because there's scaling and
rotation involved, and the was the first home console that could do such operations.

it can indeed alter pitch, vibrato and pitch bend is possible on all channels besides the noise
channel. look up lsdj or nanoloop
all the sound in this flash can be recreated on a single gameboy with some clever programing. the
bit right at the end sounds like it's not original though

forgot to look up what you were going to write on wikipedia?
also sure you could recreate it on a game boy, since a frame is just a image it can be shown on
any screen. of course the game boy shouldn't process all the 3D models and then render it in
black and white

SNES.
AFAIK, you could not have such large sprites to cover the whole screen and animate them. You
couldn't even create multiple sprites tiled and animated, since the spritelimit is pretty low

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shantae would like to have a word with you, audio wise anyway. And
that argument's based off my lack of finding any changes to the sound specifications between
gameboy and gameboy colour.
