The background was Set to Strobe yellow and White and A thread Was Stickied at the top asking for
comments on the new layout,. Inside the thread people started posting a shit ton of Flashing
strobing .gif
This file was made a few days later using some of the less Flash intensive .gif
-side note Cottoneyejoe refers to moonshine, which if it isn't made or stored properly, will go
rancid and cause eye damage if you drink it, same goes for viewing a strobing /b/ all day.
