Squirrel goes between the legs of the sword guard
the sword guard's sword goes between the legs of the spear guard , who's spear goes between the
arm and the leg of the gorilla. Gorilla's fist goes onto cyclops' head, whom in turn stands on
top of the chest.
dragons head goes onto the shield of the spear guard, archer goes on top of dragon. The arrow of
the archer goes into the neck of the horse. The clergyman's hat fits into the horses legs.
That's all I got so far.

What a dumb puzzle.
Spoiler nothing is arranged the way you logically think it should be, except some of the left
side.
For example, the sleeping guy is almost upsidown, the priest guy is literally upsidown, the guy
hiding in a box is rotated 90 degrees, etc.
Fuck this puzzle man.
