yes. much of cirno's charm is that she finds herself a genius/thestrongest, but is regarded by
everyone else as an idiot, and often serves as boss/midboss material.
incidentally, she is the strongest and smartest (see: she can read, unlike many other fairies) of
her kind, who are usually common enemies in the touhou games.
