Is there any purpose in leveling Bossiness and Hardcoreness?
Bossiness flat-out says it does nothing
Hardcoreness just says it raises table defense... would that hinder my ability to gain exp

at 20 you can constatly lvl, but it can take forever and usually freezes game

I'll save a few of you some time and let you know there's no ending or goal. Mastery starts at
1,000,000,000xp, then doubles every time you level up.
Hardcoreness is counter-productive, and the bonuses from hardcoreness are questionable in
comparison to dumping the stats into your skills (5hc = dump impatience back into stats, 20hc =
dump exp into levelups, 50hc drops mastery requirement by 10%)

Get your mastery to 100 and you can use Rebirth, which resets everything but now you get 1 more
stat point per levelup (and you can keep doing this).
exp is calculated by:
(random(rage*3) + tactics - (hardcoreness*1000)) * (neetery / (10+hardcore))
rage will give you a random value between 0 and 3x times your value for rage in exp. I think that
makes it the most valueable stat, but I'm not 100% on that.

where all you do is click [+] ad infinitum. It's like an MMO you could fit on a floppy disk...

As mentioned before, the requirement for mastery doubles at every level and the hardcoreness
ability reduces the requirement by 10%. This doubles the current requirement, with any reductions
in it. It would be best to not put anything into mastery until you use the hardcoreness ability
many times.

Think about it though, the 50 hardcoreness points cost 500,000 stat points, 166,667 levels. you
could very well just dump it all into stats and get over 500k per slam.
Now let's just assume I take that 500k and divvy it up between the three relevant stats:
(166,666 * [between 0 and 3] + 166,666) * 16,666
max 11,110,662,224 per slam, minimum 2,777,655,556, avg 6.9 billion. 6.9 bil * 166,666 = 11.5
quadrillion.
So in the time you would spend doing two master slices, you could get well over 11.5 quadrillion
in the meantime (assuming you don't wait until you have 500k to do the stat dumps) by ignoring
the bonuses.
