First run get about 30k neetery and rage, once you have 200k stat points buy 20 hardcoreness.
This will allow you to use a skill "enlightenment" that converts your exp to stats.
rinse and repeat until your exp is hitting E+20
alternate buying mastery and getting thousands of hardcoreness for "master slice".
