As for why getting blown kills you, the game's an offshoot of one of Ero Kingdom's other games,
Erotical Night, which is a sex-battle RPG where you're a hero who has to defeat sex demons by (of
course) fucking them to orgasm without letting them make you orgasm. Being made to orgasm
enslaves you to the sex demons, which is for some reason a bad thing.
