This doesnt apply to all banks. Bank of America is the worst banks ever because they fuck their
customers in the ass instead of the stores who accept credit cards.
If you are talking about over-draft, that's a whole different story. It's illegal now to rape
people on overdraft fees the way Bank of America used to charge.

I think OP is talking about overdraft fees. Of course the account fees only apply to new
customers and, from what I understand of it, old customers will not be affected.

lol military life is awesome. USAA (a bank specifically aimed toward military personnel and
immediate family) doesn't do this. they even pay for the ATM fee that other banks charge you when
you withdraw using a card that isn't from the ATM's bank ^_^
