That's what the dreamers and idealists say. In reality, the pragmatics return the invested value
many times, while the dreamers just waste the resources of gullible investors who are bad at math.
Op, let a German tell you, this "project" is full of blatant planning holes, compensated by
nothing than wishful thinking. And in more than 30 years, despite all the pretended effort, no
one could deliver a more consistent plan. Looks like the concept involves too many unsolvable
problems no one likes to talk about. Simply blaming societal scapegoats and letting time pass
will not make that better. Either it's accurately plannable and doable, giving a reasonable cost
calculation, or it's nonsense. End of story.
