Anonymous 10/31/10(Sun)20:41 No.1406516 I'm still learning and I've been wondering, how do you hide the excess stuff around the edges of a flash animation? That is, why when I resize the window do I only see white and not the stuff that is outside the normal viewing pane? Like in this flash, if you made the window wider, you would expect the see the text continuing to rotate, but you only see black. How can one do that? >> [_] Anonymous 10/31/10(Sun)21:17 No.1406535 Shameless bump. I have original content if you guys can help me... >> [_] Anonymous 10/31/10(Sun)21:59 No.1406560 I bump for innovation, I honestly was surprised by this one. Unfortunately, I only know extremely basic flash, and cannot help you. >> [_] Anonymous 11/01/10(Mon)00:11 No.1406636 Dunno, but here's a bump. >> [_] Anonymous 11/01/10(Mon)00:11 No.1406637 Well I figured it out with a little advice from /g/ and the use of a decompiler. Will be posting it soon; finishing touches are in order. >> [_] Anonymous 11/01/10(Mon)00:46 No.1406650 >>1406648 Finally fucking done. >> [_] AWal 11/01/10(Mon)01:42 No.1406686 usually i just take a square shape and span it to the right dimensions on the proper edges...given that it won't get in the way of an id. >> [_] Anonymous 11/01/10(Mon)01:48 No.1406688 >>1406686 After decompiling the flash I posted, I learned about, then proceeded to use, mask layers. I have used flash to make a bunch of projects, but I never knew that flash could do masking. |
