You don 't have to, download the flash debugger for your computer and when you run the flash,
switch on show redraw regions in the right click menu to see where the inspector or lupin is.

You have to earn points by the following,
1. Lupin Mode = Rob 1 or all of three places and make it to the airport without Zengada catching
you
2. Police Mode = Catch Lupin by landing on the same area he's located and click on arrest to the
right of the screen to catch him (you earn more points if you catch him after he's robed a place)
3. Try to make as much movement as possible to earn small points

Your objective is to earn points to use towards messing around with Fujiko in mufufu mode, the
games mechanics is to move through the multi colored paths while listening to the guitar sounds
each paths makes, this also forces you to guess the path the other person takes. Your game is
saved automatically so when you next access the game your points earned are still there.

how are you supposed to catch lupan when you can only arrest before you move?

Just keep your mouse on the arrest button. As soon as you finish moving you have a second before
he starts moving. Click it right then and you'll get him.
I'm not entirely sure what the objective is as Lupan aside from stealing from all three shops.

When you get around 10 hearts in mufufu mode, you get to penetrate her. And no points are spent
while inserting.
