Use first option to remove clothing. Click it, then the clothing you want to remove. Do it three
times per clothing.
Forget what second option does. Third option is I think what decides on the ending. If you fill
right, I think you get Game Over and then another scene done in doggystyle. If you fill it left
you get a bit more options.

Second option seems to do the same as third. I found the third to be a bit more reliable. All the
other stuff on the first screen lets you put back on clothing removed.

Fill the left bar until it's red, then fill the bottom bar all the way to the right. After that,
completely fill the left bar and enjoy. :)
