I was always under the impression that [L] stood for a loop, [A] meant that it was Anime related,
and [J] meant that it's something from Japanese pop/Internet culture, and [?] meant that the
up-loader was not sure which category the flash fell under, or there was no category for the
flash.
... Or at least that's usually what I've been finding under those tags, barring the occasional
