It's listed on the title screen. It's where the developer does updates and news.
For the record, Unnamed Text Game (UTG) is this game. Or rather, CoC is a remake of UTG, so if
you play it, you can get a preview of some of the things you can expect to see in more up-to-date
versions of CoC.
Fenoxo updates fairly often (about once a week or two), which is more than can be said for a lot
of flash games.
