That's really poor form she's using. For the amount of effort she's putting into it, she's only
getting mild results. Not to mention she's using nothing but her back. She's gonna develop
problems down the line if she keeps that up.
She should really switch it up some, too. Some short quick jabs, a few over-headers like what
she's doing now. Maybe two knives and doing a side-to-side stabbing motion along the flanks of
the body. A shorta shiatsu style quick pounding. Really, there's a myriad of ways she could be
stabbing that body, and all of them are better then what she's doing now.
