  researched in the course of a couple mins.

  Talk to her twice, pick option C and then B. by this time she will start a choice. pick option A.

  now you need to get her to want to undress - stare at her until it won't raise the third bar any
  higher, then click the third option (lift her shirt) if it asks you a question, pick B, and touch
  her normally a few times until the bar changes color and try again. do NOT pick option A, she
  will do it without asking once you're high enough and you won't get the drop on her liking you.

  go through the motions of looking at her and touching her until she's nude. by that point she may
  start a conversation. pick option C. talk to her, pick option B>A or C>A.
  I'm not sure at what point the third option she gives you crops up, but pick A again.

  I'm not sure if it'll max out her first bar, but you'll certainly get away with asking her for
  any of the three acts even if you have to take the penalty of confirming the choice.
