Apparently we need to unlock the four things lined with an "E" at the bottom left of the stats
window. I have been able to trigger 3 separate ones, but not on purpose and am having trouble
replicating it

clicking on any part of her many times seems to unlock a minigame related to that part.
clicking on her parts seems to increase your level, and thus your HP.
there is a time counter in the top left. run out of time, and you lose.
in the minigame, it costs HP to do anything. run out of HP and you lose.

Time passes if you clik on anything. Time also passes if you just wait.
It may be possible to lose by clicking on the same thing too many times.
Clicking on the same thing repeatedly does not always start the minigame

raising your level also causes your HP to be refilled, thus getting into a mini game for a while,
and then quitting before you die, may be a sound tactic. Still no idea how to complete the
minigames really.

It seems that if you do each area long enough you get an E.
The butt's E is a camera cellphone
The nipple's E is a butt vibrator
Also it appears that the nipples give the best level per HP use.
Mouth and Butt use HP in 2 unit increments
Nipples go in 1 HP increments
