This reminds me of the saddest fact about Ramen. Very few places in America will be graced with
proper Ramen. The kind of Ramen you find at street vendors in Japan. While I was in Japan, I
found one such street cart. I stopped what I was doing and immediately had a bowl. I couldn't eat
instant ramen for three months, because instant ramen will never compare to real ramen. thanks
for reminding me of this, OP. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be throwing away the rest of my
instant ramen.
