Press Z to use Bomb attack, which kills everything on screen,
Press X to masturbate. Masturbating restores Energy and maxes out Pleasure, but you don't lose

Seems like the only new feature is Hell Mode. It's a score attack that's pretty much unplayable
because you don't become invincible after a rape, so any other monsters that were hovering over
you are going to rape you too.
