For a few months whenever I try to open a saved flash file from my hard drive it briefly opens my
browser (happens for both chrome and ie), closes it, and then opts to save or open the file. Both
choices re-save it to a spot on my hard drive. How do I fix that?

the flash file fits /f/ perfectly. have you tried playing with the internet options? or perhaps
it's a problem with the file association. try the control panel and play around with the default
programs and their settings, maybe it's the fact that you have a different program. besides that,
i evade the problem by right click open KMP player or flash player. have fun and i hope this was
useful.
