Difficulty determines starting money (and thus how much you have to win to get to the picture).
Not that it matters; even on the hardest difficulty, one bet of 30 on the smaller number groups
(e.g. 1-9) will instantly win if you get it on the first try. So just reset until it works (with
a 1 in 4 chance).
Except it's not worth even that much trouble.
