I beg to differ. The customisability is relatively limited.
You can't put glasses on anyone but the glasses chick, or a hat on anyone but the hat chick. You
can't change hair colour. You can't change nose shape or facial proportions.
And the voice is identical for everyone. It would be nice if you could change the voice pitch, to
make Misako sound more mature and Misty sound more girly.
