First time I played this I didn't react in time. Personally I think it was the better ending.
More creepy.

The story is about an unborn twin fetus that was "consumed" by the other twin that was born. This
actually happens irl, it's called "vanishing twin" syndrome or something like that. The fetus
dissolves inside the other fetus and only a single baby is born. Some people even carry the two
types of DNA inside their bodies, making lab tests confusing. Apparently this game is about the
unborn twin wanting to reclaim what his brother stole from him. Pretty good game.

The one where you're not a picky little bitch.
OH SHIT SOMEONE JUST GOT SERVED A HOT STEAMING PLATE OF BURN
WOULD YOU LIKE SOME ALOE VERA FOR THAT? I HOPE IT WON'T LEAD TO PERMANENT SCARRING I CAN
RECOMMEND SOMEONE FOR THAT SHE'S A REAL GOOD DERMATOLOGIST, EXCEPT THIS CITY HAS LIKE 4 OF THEM
SO SHE DOESN'T SEE A LOT OF BUSINESS AND SHE HAS A KIND OF, YOU KNOW, OUT OF THE WAY LOCATION,
YOU KNOW BY THE RAILROAD TRACKS OVER BY 12TH AND HOOVER? YEAH I'D RECOMMEND IT THOUGH SHE DOESN'T
HAVE THAT CREEPY TOUCH THE OTHER DERMATOLOGISTS DO AND GIVES SOME PRETTY DAMN COMPETITIVE SERVICE
WHICH IS A GODSEND HERE ESPECIALLY WITH THE BEDBUG SCARE RUNNING AROUND I MEAN REALLY IT'S NOT
AFFECTING ANYONE BUT PRICES FOR OINTMENTS AND OTHER STUFF IS JUST SKYROCKETING FOR NO REAL REASON
