This has gone from a video to a flash animation then compressed back into a video.
I feel sorry for those street guys. They're getting smashed and mangled through these format

So let me get this straight. You get this low-quality compressed clip from some cartoon, right,
and it's all popular and shit. So someone decides, since it's always posted as a flash, to trace
over it and make a flash version. Then you convert that flash version back into a low-quality
compressed video?
