save it to your computer then use this:
macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.html
add your /f/ folder to the list, then your /f/ crap can use the intrawebz for streaming audio or
video etc.

I think it's supposed to be a visualizer. but the OP recognizes that it doesn't work online.
Unfortunately the issue here is that I'm hestitant to go and download something at the
