this is not at all how you make ice cream
you never heat anything and you never use salt in the mix itself and you use cream not butter
cream, milk, eggs, flavor
blend then
you put the mix in a bucket and put the bucket in a bigger bucket surrounded by ice and rocksalt
then stir it for a few hours
