Graffiti Kingdom / Magic Pengel 2.
Childish platformer set in a world of art supplies. You capture creatures you encounter to be
able to transform into them (and take their moves). You can draw/create your own creatures from
scratch. The game itself is really shallow but the creation part of it is great. Kinda like
Spore-before-Spore, only without the delusions of grandeur.
