There are countless competent voice actors in America and Europe, if there weren't, we wouldn't
have so many western produced animations and CG films with decent to excellent voice acting as we
do now - the licensees are simply cheap-assed jewish moneygrubbers that realise that even if they
get someone to do a terrible dub, those that get sucked in by the dubbed TV version may still end
up buying the DVDs and/or boxsets and/or other media related to title x and/or simply switch to
the original audio where a dual-audio DVD is available, so they don't have to worry about getting
competent people to do their shitty dubs.
