How do I train archers?

you have to build a temple then gently drag guys into the center of your castle to convert them

OK. Click on red flag to make archers. Lose all archers (20) at LV.10 for unknown reason. I
bought the demolition upgrade but I can't figure out how to make bomb guys. I also have a
fortifyx10, so 2000 HP.

protip: wave 15 is rigged to make you lose

protip: you lose men when you fortify your castle
second protip: hire wizards first until you got 50 or so and then hire some craftsmen and then
you can start mass converting you get 300 wizards at which point you can invest everything into
archers and the game's over for you
