It'd have one, except it's meant to be placed at the bottom of a webpage that already has a lot
of stuff on it. That's why it's sized the way it is (990x125 if I remember right). 990 is about
the maximum size a 1024x768 monitor can view on a webpage width-wise. Height-wise, it's short
because it has to fit in a small slot.
tl;dr: had to make it that way, sorry.

I don't get it, it does nothing for me. I click it, the message box comes up and when I try to
click it so I can type a message in and it disappears. I tried alt tabbing but even though i get
